Ordered a set of CK LEGEND H.DUTY EDGING SHEARS, due to poor packing item arrived damaged.

Returned and had to chase the replacement only to be informed the decision has been made to refund the order.

Complete waste of my time and appalling customer care.

Good price. Fast delivery. Question about warranty answered very quickly. A 5 star seller. Will have no hesitation in using again

Dropshipper...not impressed..
Ordered on 26th...
Received Zero Comms so after 2 days I emailed .
It was ignored..
Telephoned them to be told
1) despite the website saying they had item in stock ( draper bandsaw) they dropship them for draper..
AND
Unless I paid another £14 they would simply cancel the order...
I unfortunately gave them the extra as I'm desperate for the saw as my existing one has packed in (after receiving a PayPal money request from what appeared to be a totally unrelated account!!)..
I received in return an updated invoice
That's it..no further Comms no bandsaw...
So to recap..they
1)Advertise stuff they don't have
2) Don't reply to emails
3) Blackmail customers over delivery charges.
4) Don't forget I telephoned them...they never informed me of the issues ..No idea how long I would be waiting for them to respond...
Overall an awful experience and a firm I shall be avoiding like the plague in the future..

Placed an order on the 29th December 2021 with an estimated delivery by the 10th January 2022. Received an email on the 6th January telling me that they didn't actually have my item's in stock but they should be getting a delivery by the 13th January and then they will dispatch my order. I should expect delivery within 2-3 day's after the restocking date of the 13th. Sure enough I received my order on the morning of the 15th January. However after being kept waiting for so long to receive my order when it did arrive there was an item missing. I've sent two emails to Lawson-His however they have both been bounced back to me by my email provider as being undeliverable. Tried calling but their not open till Monday now. Not in the slightest bit impressed on this occasion by Lawson-His!

Cheapest I could find and excellent reviews which were borne out by my experience: good comms and it arrived ONE MINUTE after the start of the delivery time slot

Absolutely fantastic service. Recently bought some new boots on a Thursday and was told delivery would be on the Monday. Boots were delivered on Saturday. 2 days early. ?

Ordered a workbench as best price on the net. Came the next day as promised. Product as described. Sorted.

Ordered trays for my Dewalt tool boxes, which they advertised as being in stock, with 3-5 days delivery.
It has now been weeks, and i have received 2 further emails saying that they do not have stock.
Selling items that you advertise as being in stock, when you do not actually have them is both misleading and illegal.

Extremely helpful customer service.prompt next day delivery and the best price for the set I ordered.
Overall I am very pleased with my experience as I have been let down previously from a different online seller

Bosch hedge trimmer ordered on Bank Holiday Monday.
Despatched on Tuesday
Delivered by DPD on Wednesday.
So can’t do better than that.

Absolutely spot on, an established company with up to date business practice that is the best I’ve ever experienced on line. Ordered Bosch Hedge Trimmer on the 13th July pm, just unpacked an used it now 15th July at 9.45am. Invoices, tracking perfect and as a bonus cheapest price. Buy with complete confidence from this seller. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Placed an order for over £200 with this company after having contacted them to check if they had stock of the items I was after. Waited 14 days without any contact from Lawsons HIS and no goods arrived. Contacted them to ask where my goods were only to be told they were waiting for stock from their supplier, the complete opposite of the information I was given immediately prior to placing my order. I believe this is CRIMINAL deception, no other word for it. I will never be tempted to use this company for anything again would strongly suggest others avoid them as well.

P.S. My money is apparently being refunded however this doesn't excuse the shoddy behaviour used to get my money in the first place.

What a great company. Ordered lawnmower battery in the afternoon at 15.23 arrived 14.32pm the next day!
The price was the cheapest on the internet and the delivery was first class -great communication. How an organisation should be run!

I cannot praise enough Lawson HIS. I bought a Bosch hedge trimmer from them. The price was the best in the market , the ordering process was smooth and, I was kept informed about the state of my purchase all the time. I couldn’t believe that, in less the 24 hours I had my new garden tool delivered to my home. Lawson HIS is one of the best companies around . Absolutely brilliant.

I wanted a Handy Electric Tiller but i also wanted to order a set of replacement tines at the same time. I contacted Lawson-HIS on their enquiry email to ask if they could do this. Chris was very helpful, explaining what I should order and ensured that I received exactly what I wanted. Their customer service was as good as one would like to see. The order arrived on time and complete.
The tiller itself appears to be pretty good but I have not used it in anger yet. A 5 minute trial on the area that I want to renovate suggests that it will cope easily with the area that I need to dig!
